If you slow the video down way far, you can see Bigfoot!

I laughed way, way more than I should have. Sorry.

Or just wiping off the car better. It was a bit wet. I went for another ride after that, no problem.

Naw, it was funny. Now it has a slight battle scar on the case. I can say it happened doing something manly

Not the second it fell off. I could see it in the mirror, and I got a little bit down the road, looked in the mirror and gone. Fortunately it happened on a not busy street, it wasn't hard to find at all.

For a moment I thought it was going to be a Russian Car Crash Moment.

Mine came off the bars of my motorcycle at [exactly the speed limit, officer] on I-15 in Idaho, hitting me in the balls on its way past, carrying 46 states and about eight and a half thousand miles of once in a lifetime trip timelapse footage with it.
Took half a mile of searching the freeway, the median and the tall grass on the side to find it again.
Camera needed the battery pulling to reboot it but then worked fine. Case had epic road rash but the lens somehow survived. All in all, pretty impressive construction. Just a shame they use that 3M tape, that's designed to come loose with heat, to secure something you may actually use outside in warm weather.
